Returns/ Refunds

We know that sometimes items just don’t work out for one reason or another. We will happy to help you out. 

All items must be returned in original and new condition. Items cannot be worn or used All tags, or stickers must be attached to item. If your item was a gift, you may mark prices off, but tags must be whole, and stickes must be attached. 

Items that arrived damaged by a carrier. We are happy to file insurance claims, but you will need to hold on to all packaging and notices by the carrier. Once a claim is filed, the process is taken over by the insurance company. 

Refunds are given the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Purchased Made after October 31st will be extened to 14 days after December 25th.

Shipping your item back.

You are responsible for all shipping fees. You may use any carrier you wish to send your item back. Please include your order number in the package so we know who the package came from. We would love it, if after you ship your item back you let us know the tracking so we can be on the look out for it. 

Lost returns. 

We are not responsible for loss of product or shipments when the buyer sends an item back. Customers are responsible for providing proof of return (e.g., tracking information showing delivery of the return) . If you shipped your return with tracking and it has become lost, we are happy to help file claims, but the carrier is responsible for any and all reimbursements.
